专利说明:

The present invention relates to a loading wagon, in particular a loading trailer, according to the preamble of claim 1.
From AT 517333B1 a loading wagon is known which has the pick-up device (pick-up) for leaf and stalks at the rear end of the floor area. In this version, the material is conveyed to the front with a scraper floor. The scraper floor extends from the conveyor channel to the front end of the loading space. The scraper floor is also used to unload the goods. The goods can only be conveyed to the end of the scraper floor and must now overcome both the conveying channel and the deflected guide wall. This can lead to jams during unloading and the last part of the load has to be pulled out of the loading wagon manually, which is both time-consuming and labor-intensive.
From DE 29818105U a loading trailer is known in which approximately the rear half has a solid floor. A base is mounted above the solid base and can be displaced by the piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder. The movable floor carries the front boundary wall of the loading trailer, this boundary wall being displaceable with respect to the movable floor by the piston rod of a further hydraulic cylinder. For unloading, the rear wall of the loading trailer is folded up and the sliding floor is extended to the rear until its rear end is approximately at the rear edge of the solid floor surface. The former front boundary wall is now roughly in the middle of the loading trailer. Now the boundary wall is shifted backwards on the movable floor until this also arrives approximately at the rear edge of the fixed floor surface.
A loading trailer of the type mentioned is described in DE 202004000945U. This differs from the loading trailer according to DE 29818105U in that it has a pick-up device. The receiving device is located in the front area of the trailer, the floor has an opening in the area above the receiving device. When loading, the movable floor is in front of this opening in the direction of travel. When the trailer is filled, the boundary wall is moved several times up to the beginning of the conveyor channel and thus pushes the picked up goods backwards. The boundary wall and the conveyor floor are shifted over the floor surface to unload the goods, as described in relation to DE 29818105U.
The aim of the invention is to avoid the disadvantage mentioned in a loading wagon with a rear pick-up and to propose a loading wagon of the type mentioned in which the possibility of accumulation is avoided when the receiving device is attached to the rear end of the floor surface .
According to the invention this is achieved in a loading wagon of the type mentioned by the features of claim 1.
The proposed features ensure that no congestion can arise on the conveyor channel because the boundary wall can be at least partially guided over the conveyor channel. This prevents the last part of the load from having to be pulled out of the loading wagon.
The load must be transported from the rear end of the loading wagon to the front end of the loading wagon in order to load it completely. This can be achieved by providing the features of claim 2.
It is also advantageous if you can control the charge density of the loading wagon and thus a better degree of filling can be achieved. It is also a disadvantage that the degree of filling depends on the slope of the terrain. These disadvantages can be eliminated by the features of claim 3.
At the beginning of the loading process, the conveyor floor is located at the rear end of the floor surface and the boundary wall is located at the front end of the conveyor floor. At the beginning it is not yet possible to convey the goods to the front. In order to be able to promote the good forward from the start, the features of claim 4 can be provided.
In order to be able to extract the cargo as far as possible automatically from the loading wagon, it is advantageous if the entire conveying channel can be covered. In this way, any jam that could otherwise be caused by the collecting device can be prevented. This can be achieved by providing the features of claim 5.
In order to be able to arrange the pivotably mounted guide wall horizontally in a sensible manner, the features of claim 6 are provided.
The invention will now be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings. It shows: FIG. 1 a schematic representation of the parts relevant to the invention of an embodiment of a loading wagon according to the invention; and Figs. 2 to 7 show the loading and unloading process.
The loading wagon according to the invention according to FIGS. 1 to 7 has a floor surface 10. A collecting device 8 is located behind the floor surface 10 in the direction of travel. The conveyor floor 1 is mounted in guide rails 3 by means of conveyor floor guide rollers 6. The guide rails 3 extend on both sides of the floor surface 10 over its entire length and beyond it at the rear, so that the conveyor floor 1 can be moved over the collecting device 8. The boundary wall 2 is slidably mounted on the conveyor floor 1 with boundary wall guide rollers 5. The conveyor floor 1 is arranged directly above the floor surface 10.
The collecting device 8 is attached to a swivel arm 14, and a guide wall 9 is mounted on the collecting device 8. A conveying device 7 is located above and opposite the collecting device 8, so that a conveying channel 11 results which leads into a loading space 13. The guide wall 9 delimits the rear end of the conveying channel 11 above the collecting device 8. The loading space 13 is delimited at the rear end by a rear wall 4 and by a guide tarpaulin 15. A forage swath 12 is collected by means of the collecting device 8. Sensing rollers 16, which are connected to the collecting device 8, lie on the ground during the journey, so that the collecting device 8 is always just above the ground even in the event of unevenness.
Fig. 2 shows the loading wagon at the beginning of the loading process. The loading space 13 is empty and the collecting device 8 conveys the goods into the loading space. The conveyor floor 1 is in a middle position, the boundary wall 2 in the foremost position, based on the conveyor floor 1. FIG. 3 shows the loading wagon approximately half full. The conveyor floor 1 and thus the delimitation wall 2 have not yet been moved forward, so that only the rear part of the loading space 13 is filled, but this up to the very top. The goods continue to be conveyed, the conveyor floor 1 with the boundary wall 2 now being moved forward in order to create space for the further goods. According to FIG. 4, the conveyor floor 1 has been moved into the foremost position, the boundary wall 2 is still in the foremost position. 4 shows the loading wagon fully loaded, it being seen that the loading space 13 is also filled right up to the top. This is achieved by moving the conveyor floor 1 during loading. The conveyance of clippings into the loading space 13 is now ended and the collecting device 8 is raised (see FIG. 5). The loading wagon can now be driven to the unloading point.
According to FIG. 6, the loading wagon is currently in the unloading process. The rear wall 4 is open and the conveyor floor 1 has been moved to the rearmost position, while the boundary wall 2 is in the foremost position relative to the conveyor floor 1. The guide wall 9 rests almost horizontally on the feeler rollers 16. As can be seen, the conveyor base 1 and the guide wall 9 together cover not only the conveyor device 7, but also the raised collecting device 8, so that the cut material cannot get caught there.
FIG. 7 shows the loading wagon according to FIG. 6 with the difference that the boundary wall 2 has now been moved into the rearmost position. It represents the end position of the unloading process. The goods have been moved completely out of the loading space 13 via the conveying channel 11.
